To that woman the "we" in her comment is "the village" and we're all part of that village. In her mind it's "settled science."

the fact that 84% of Nevada is public land is a good thing because ranchers have to pay grazing fees, and, since 'we' as taxpayers own that land, those fees as going into 'our' pockets.
