A lot of anger about the $9 billion the state gave Boeing this last go around. Many here are planning that Boeing will be gone by the 2020s. Then again, their SC plant is working out like they thought it would: Boeing's South Carolina plant isn't meeting company goals mynorthwest.com While Boeing provides a lot of good paying jobs, it costs a lot to keep them happy. It may be time for WA state to bite bullet and say adios.
