As a matter of fact, I don't choose to see it. I choose to have the huge majority of that 85% returned to private ownership,
Nevada, and much of the SW were war spoils from the Mexican-American war. It was 100% govt owned after the war. It is unconscionable that so much is still govt owned, but it was not taken from Americans, it was taken from Mexico as war spoils. Returning it to its previous private ownership would mean returning it to Mexico.
