First of all I'm voting for Hillary if she is the Democratic nominee.

But second of all in terms of carrying the political ideas to the country it is important IMHO to have a spectrum of ideas to debate. And the addition of Jeb to the mixture of Republican candidates will force them IMHO to deal with issues they would like to side step if they could. Particularly the immigration issue.

Whether Jeb can win the nomination is an open question at this point in time, but nevertheless his presence will benefit the country and also force the Democrats to pay attention to the same issues. He is a rational presence in a sea of ideological rigidity.

And that is why I'm having this conversation with you--to make the point that Jeb can be positive force for the country if he runs.
