Another of your unstated facts that are incorrect... The law is not whatever Eric Holder wants it to be, or what he says it is... that conflicts with the facts. Congress is failing to do its job... and Boehner is putting the Constitution and the nation at risk by his inaction. However... ultimately... the law is what the people with the guns say it is. There's more of us than there are of them. And, we're more competent than they are. An un-noted bit of reality that you should be at pains to make seen... is that the lack of bloodshed at the Bundy Ranch... is due to the professionalism and restraint shown by the PROTESTERS, not the BLM hacks ? The only violence that did occur... were assaults made on those protesters who were wrongly assaulted as they were engaged in a fully legal and proper exercise of their rights ? The FACT you have to make those points... is a proof of much more that the media are not saying ? The FACT that the people turn out to have a spine... when the criminals trying to run roughshod over the people... were instead fully counting on them being intimidated into submission ? Sadly, that means you have to think there is a recalculation occurring today... that isn't just about "what we need to fix in order to be able to win a confrontation like this one"... But, you should also recognize what this means is likely to occur in May... ?
