Good morning 3, (at least for another 12 minutes, that is). I agree it makes sense that less 'touches' as has been discussed on this thread lessens the possibility of damaging a machine. However, I had an interesting discussion with a dealer on the CPQ thread. He said one advantage that dealers have is that they catch those damaged machines before the customer gets them, so they further minimize the DOA issue. Anyway, here's the post....
