i saw that video earlier....the only 'complaint' i have is the dramatization of margaret being thrown to the ground....yes, she was indeed assaulted....but to make it out like she was gravely injured (calling ems to 'document' her injuries.....torn jeans?) doesn't help the cause btw...i became aware of the 'desert tortoise' scam years ago....i was in s. utah looking at property.....there was a big developer who was building high end homes and made a big point over how the 'views' could never be changed cuz it was BLM land and the desert tortoise was 'endangered' and hence the adjoining acreage could never be developed....NEVER i tell ya! well guess what....another developer showed up and paid off the right people and an even bigger development was begun on the sacred desert tortoise land...it is a SCAM...they built homes right on the edge of snow canyon which you can see on the ridge when you are inside....so much for the environmentalists 'protecting' species....it's all open to the highest bidder....
