Will these private schools be controlled by elected school boards?

No they won't. The whole idea is to get your cotton picking Liberal hands off the schools. Private schools work and Public schools don't. The more money we pour into public schools the worse they get.

Google "money spent on K-12 schools since 1970 and results in reading, writing and math." The money, in constant dollars, has doubled or tripled. The results are flat. You know that private schools get better results. That is really not arguable, is it?

Here in Hawaii, we spend better than 13K per student. Set up as a tax credit, it's legal for the legislature to distribute that to the parents as a voucher and let them buy the school they want. You haven't got away with forcing people to buy the housing, groceries and cars you want them to have, why should we have to put up with the lousy school system you force on us?

Don't try to get down in the weeds and give me objections as to why it won't work. It's got to the point with your miserable school system that people are fed up. When a majority of the people understand this, it will happen.
