*BLM hides from American citizens behind trucks and retreats.* It was a retreat. Potentially a morale destroying retreat, unless there is a bigger plan. I read they quickly lost interest and chose to retreat when one cowboy walked up and told them, "You get to fire the 1st round. We'll fire the rest." I think this may have been a test or what the military calls a probing action. We initiate probing actions to determine an enemy's reactions. Then we withdraw and prepare to counter the reactions when the real fight begins. In my mind, it is entirely possible that this will prove to be the beginning of something much larger.
