I believe that Lerner should have been questioned and on every aspect of the case and taken the 5th on each specific question. However, as Hillary might say, "what difference does it make?". A special prosecutor should be handling this case as well as Fast and Furious, Benghazi and other politicized cases as Eric Holder is not only involved in some issues, he has proven to be a highly charged political arm of the administration and less than ineffective as the Attorney General of the United States.
