My primary camera today is a 4 year old 1½ pound 12.1 MP Canon Powershot SX20 IS 'Superzoom' and it's all the camera I'll ever need although it's somewhat a chore to lug it around ... ... and I have a long way to go to exploit its full capabilities. One of these days I'll finish this book I purchased when I purchased the digicam .. ... it's on my ToDo shortlist. Been there too long. Despite being far short of utilizing its capabilities to anywhere near the fullest I took some terrific shots with it using full zoom at a ballet production of 'The Wonderful Wizard of Oz' my 15 year old ballerina granddaughter was performing in from 12 rows back in a dark theater with lots of motion happening on the stage. My eldest daughter who is a far more proficient photog than me shot with an iPhone 5s and got virtually nothing usable inside the theater and even her post production shots in the lobby afterwards came nowhere near matching mine. One of these days I may figure out how to properly use the SX20 but I also intend to purchase a high end Lumia imaging phone. Your Lumia 1020 is a great imaging phone but the new Qualcomm chipsets will make a big difference in the newest upcoming high end Lumia models. Be that as it may the Cyan upgrade will improve your 1020's performance. Cheers, - Eric -
