People need skills they can use to make a living and to be empowered. Not all can be highly educated but is good to be a deep thinker and well traveled really opens your eyes to a big world that is not just about you. Hood culture at this point is impossible to change just by throwing more money at the problem. It is almost better just to raze all these ghettos disperse people into more diverse less homogenius areas with actual role models, good infrastructure and low crime rates. Did you see the mob lynching in Detroit last week of that a white man named Steve Utash who got out of his truck to help the 10 yr old kid? Of course the lamestream media, Al Sharpton and MSNBC are quiet on that one didn't serve their agenda.. The vast center is quite angry at your party too Koan..
