I recently put in an offer on a bank owned property. I just received a "multiple offer notification and acknowledgment". in an email that said, feel free to increase your offer.
I signed the form and sent a note back saying, you have my best offer.
Are these notices common? I did not receive one the last time I bid on a property owned by this bank.
Just curious. Thanks
