The point of that... in regards to the sovereignty issue...

It is true the Feds don't have the rights they claim they do... but, the key isn't in the fraudulent claim of Federal ownership of things they don't own.

The key is in the fraudulent claim that these efforts ARE the legitimate undertakings of the government that constitute "government actions" taken in the "public interest"... when instead they are nothing other than private actions being taken on behalf of particular corporations... who are directing the "government" actions while seeking to use the sovereignty issue in order to insulate themselves from liability under the assumption of immunity tied to the government's claims of sovereignty.

That the Feds don't HAVE the sovereignty they claim in this instance... is thus a bit of a sticking point.

But, it is FRAUD... top to bottom. No aspect of it isn't a fraud.

It's "good old fashioned corruption"... updated to a 21st Century way of doing things... using the government to conduct the fraud. The government is the intermediary in a fraudulent conversion of private property... undertaken to benefit others by stealing from ranchers. They use the "environmental" concern as a smoke screen... but, it is nothing other than theft and transfer of private property from an un-favored group of (non-PC) owners to a favored (PC) group as new owners.
