1)Sigmund, the sales occured in November. I'm not sure
if they preceded or followed the Wedbush downgrade.
(The report doesn't give a specific date.) Perhaps Farrell's
decision will weigh on the stock short term. If he sold 12%
of his holdings at $18.70, he may actually sell more at
these higher levels. It's a possibility and I wanted to
raise the issue in light of some selling from investors
who I respect very much on this thread, including Haines.

2)Next week's CPI number should provide a key signal for
the near term direction of the market. A relief rally is
a strong possibility I feel given the fact that 30-year
interest rates are now below 6 percent. What this market
needs is perhaps another 10 basis point trim off of the long
bond to make the bears realize that the case for another tech
wreck is really overblown. Anyway, we're not too far away
from that.
