Great map. The green caught my eye right away<g> Hedge fund money is coming to many of those top markets in the search for yield if they are in or anywhere near a growing MSA. Well if they bubble up the rest of FL yet again nice to know maybe I have a shot in some corners of upstate NY, PA or MI later this decade..

Definitely check out Buffalo and Rochester for different reasons. Buffalo......because of its grass roots efforts to revive itself. Rochester because it has a lot of well educated talent.
