"The fundamental law doesn't create the rights... instead, it defines FOR THEM a limit they must accept and recognize creates an inability for them to take those rights away from us. When they do so anyway... they don't change the law... they only de-legitimize themselves by ignoring it. " EXACTLY....and once a gov't is de-legitimized, whether by passing a bad law ,or a tortured interpretation of an existing one, then they have no moral authority to govern... A government who won't enforce existing laws,and /or only enforces them selectively ,(ex. Obama and immigration and Holder on so many things) is simply not legitimate.... Add to that politicians who subvert a government agency from its intended purpose to become a political tool of theft ,control,and intimidation ..
