going off at the ask would be bullish? I would think so. When, during a 1 minute interval, I see that a 25,000 share block was traded at the highest price for that interval, I conclude that someone bought the shares from an MM (just like I have to pay the ask price when I buy my measley few shares). A purchase of shares is either a new long position or the closing out of a short position. In either case, I believe it to be a bullish sign. Anyone else care to opine? Gary Korn
