Thanks very much for the thoughts on BRKS. The figures I come up with
for book value, as of Sept. 30, 1997, don't jive with what I get
at wsrn.com.

I get book value of $15.42/share, cash of $8.16, and if this is
true I start buying today. wsrn claims book of $5.69/share...
Is there some reason not to use stockholders equity per share
as book value in this case?

Sales were $9.85/share last year, and the stock is trading
in the 12's today.

Cheers,

Howard
