Mr. Aloha,

Can you (or anyone else) contrast the lithography technologies of
Cymer and Coherent. I imagine that many of the claims are hard
to sort through and I must admit I am not feeling up to the
challenge. Perhaps an assessment of the technological matchup
has been done somewhere, perhaps on this thread.

I will caveat that I am long on Coherent at this time but from
a perspective of them being more of leader in general application
of lasers in multiple fields. However, this field (lithography)
baffles me currently. It seems that the key factor is beam width
so it strikes me that that would be all that mattered.

Set me straight: what makes Cymer's product better or differientiates
it from coherent's.
