Marc,
Did anyone talk about phasing in the new rules over time. It seems harsh to give so little notice for companies who want to comply to get their act together. It takes time to become reporting (and money!) and I would think that a 90 day period to comply with a possible extention for good reason would be reasonable. NAE has to be reporting anyhow to pursue Nasdaq small cap listing so they may be working on it already, I don't know for sure.
Thanks,
Bob

PS As far as TA goes not everyone gives it a lot of credit. But I see the same indicator showing the down trend will reverse. It's not all rosy though as the affects of the selling can be seen but I am optimistic short term as well as long based on what I'm seeing. I hesitate to post any TA because I don't want anyone making investment decisions based on what I post.

PSS Phil, As far as making press releases each time a well is finished that is expensive. Companies pay to put their releases on the wire. I think it may be $250 or so. So they plan 50 wells X 250 = $12,500 for press for this project just to report on well drilling progress excluding any other newsworthy events. That's a consideration.
