Paul, Thanks. So I gather that the K6 may not have been designed with ease of manufacture in mind and that there are trade-offs that may have been ignored for the sake of design, for whatever reason...some speed maybe. Hard to be a bull on AMD at this time. Still with IBM pumping out K6's as well as AMD they will muddy the water...but little profit. Jim
