Based on the foregoing, the undersigned respectfully recommends that the Court apply the two-point obstruction enhancement under U.S.S.G. §3C1.1, as well as the two-point enhancement under §2B1.1(b)(10)(C), for Altomare’s use of sophisticated means to commit the offenses of conviction. With these enhancements, Altomare’s base offense level would increase from 17 to 21, making his guideline imprisonment range 37-46 months.
