You cannot have a truce between science and religion. One is based on fact and the other is based on myth.

How can you square that? In fact the age of enlightenment started when science showed the parts of the bible that are wrong, like where we came from :>). We evolved from primates.

and the earth is 5 billion years old, not 6,000 years ole, fossils are real and old, the earth was never covered by water, and on and on.
