"NASDAQ PROPOSES CLEANUP" (SF Chronicle 12/12/97):
NASDAQ "wants to clean up its electronic trading system, where some 6,800 lower-priced stocks are traded, by throwing off companies that do not provide information about their financial condition.
Under the proposal, which now must be approved by the Securities and Exchange Commission, any companies that wish to trade their shares on the electronic bulletin board must file regular reports of their financial condition with federal regulators."

Is SNCG traded on the electronic bulletin board? If so you are going to see the finacial realities of this company or you are not going to see it at all, IMO.
Is that the sound of nails being pounded into a coffin or is it LS's head banging on the wall?
