And the plot thickens...SEC Form D was filed today filings.irdirect.net Form Ds have to filed within 15 days after the first day of the sale of securities, which in this case began on April 2nd, which was near the top of the most recent run. Combine this Filing with the new article and I guess I may not be able to purchase more in the low $2s again. In other words, I should have used a Market Order instead of my trusty limit order after the mkt opened today. Instead, I put in my LO for less than $2.10 and noticed after the mkt closed (and I was out of my meetings) that it only filled around 60% of the Order. Been adding more for the last week or so. Well, since pigs get slaughtered, I guess I may have to be content with what I have. Like some of the Execs, I got this in the 401k and multiple personal accounts.
