Well, what you are saying makes no sense. Every Democrat voted against Citizens United and every pub voted for it.

If a dem runs they will nominate justices that will vote to repeal citizens united and if pub wins they will nominate justices that will uphold it.

What makes you think that when they haven't in the past?
