Gary, that probably means an hour or less trading this afternoon. It is quite possible that the company cannot officially verify the rumour that veta rights have been granted until the government gazette is officially released. Like all these decisions there are always people in the know before the news is made official, and it may be that the company and the shareholders will be at the very end of that long trail. After a halt like this no definite news would be a real downer to the market, so I can only hope that the rumour can be verified as I firmly believe Gold Reserve will be "in play" as soon as the veta rights are confirmed.
