Scott, as a Bay long and a non engineer I was so hoping the answeres the intaller gave you would have been the opposite. It seems to me that if Bay is more trouble to install and service we are sunk. I thought the "adaptive network" Bay stuff was supposed to simplify everything ,,,,If we are not seamless and Cisco is -we may just be deserving of our lower multiple and soon will be much lower ,,,damm it I thought I had picked a winner in Bay , open systems as opposed to proprietary, if you are correct and the opposite it true I will lose even more money than I am losing on paper in Bay currently. I own Bay at various prices starting at $38 just proir to listing on NYSE....

nervous George...long but wondering it I have made a blunder....
I hope for a response from the Bay technical people of more than a "get out if you have no faith"....as I have been a shareholder for quite a while..
