Can't have it both ways. Either it's a long term trend, as many here claim, or it was a blip, as that guy claims. Frankly I don't see the long trend, from 2000 that the right claims in the data... but I'm not going to get into another data interpretation argument. I'm a bit tired of this rear view mirror discussion anyway, more interested in what we can do going forward to make things better for citizens.
