Ok, fine with me if you want to only include Russia and the US and hold back on any opinions you may have on other possibilities of the source of the leaflets... and also apparently believe that many here are not as edoocated as you and have little clue on concepts like cui bono and its definition, so felt the need to go didactic ("Intended to teach, particularly in having moral instruction as an ulterior motive").
