Bill,

You may know more than you give yourself credit for.

As I have said before, what have we really bought with MOOR ???

Analog DOES work - it isn't the licenses that potentially crowd MOOR
rather it is how much traffic can MOOR run over its licenses before
distortion causes trouble. I think MOOR has enough builtout that
only after hundreds of thousands of customers will MOOR see a
degrade of its service. But then revenues will be streaming in.

ALSO - MOOR can "enhance" existing markets, just how I don't
know. I know it can be done. Costs money, but take market
of Baton Rough, LA. Company confirmed this market is
saturated (near capacity). They just haven't had time/resources to
enhance it. On the "to do" list.

Today, I bought my last shares in MOOR - 1400 at $ .53.

NO more MOOR ... I am maxed out. If it drops from here, so be it.
I'll concern myself next December - 1998.

Can't wait til they start having those annual meetings.
From what I calc, I now have 1.19 % of all outstanding stock.
Will boost it if I hit the Florida lottery.

The Maginot line has been drawn. Commit time is now.
The die is cast.

Regards,
Dan
