.anyone who chooses to "not get involved" is callous.... That is your opinion and and I won't disagree with it. I did state earlier, after all, that decent people do help. But my explanation to of the extant standard of behavior is still neither opinion nor callous. It is simple fact. And it clearly counters your notion that there exists a right to medical assistance from disinterested strangers.
