Marc & all, Apparently the changes for the OTC:BB are not a done deal yet. According to this article posted on another thread the SEC has not voted on the changes and approved them yet. The last statement in the article by Ketchum states he hopes the SEC will move on it this winter. No deadline mentioned so far and this was released early this morning. The article also mentions a phase in period for stocks on the OTC:BB now. Message 2947612 cya, Bob
