I love the guy, and I think he just about IS Apple Computer right now, but if it comes down to a choice between Steve and Apple, the right (best) choice is obvious. Actually, if this is really the reason people are turning down the CEO position, that's great news. At least they aren't bailing because they don't want to go down with the ship.
