George: If I were you and I was upset and worried over what an NCR engineer, uh, installer, configuring a SOHO router said I would sell my Bay and buy a CD. As for my customers - most are in business with much competition and utilize technology to gain an edge over the other guy. They "do" want to experience the "latest greatest sparkle" because in my world you are toast if you do not. Obviously you have no grasp on what Adaptive Networking means but I can guarantee you that it does not involve wrapping and sealing an entire product line with an envelope such as brand C's IOS. And for the engineer that can not configure a Bay router in less than a day - Well,,,,,oh, never mind!!
