He just stands out."<<< Standing out is not a criteria for labeling someone as insane. Insanity is such a general term but generally identifies someone as not being of sound mind. Based on his credentials he seems to be sound in mind and body. So, what is the basis of casting him among the deranged, other than disagreeing with you about Obama Care?
