Are you sure that we should not replace "when" with "if". We should not be too quick to believe that which is said by corporate darlings. By the new millenium after a severe stock market correction when false hopes inspired by options grubbing corporate execs give way to reality, corporate execs will rate right up there on the honesty scale with politicians and journalists.
