I really doubt that. I was told that Jmar had processed a 500,000 dollar order for SONY as a test run and that they were pleased with the results. The facility was definitly retooled and was operating, in some capacity.......what was lacking I am not sure, but I dont believe JMAR was "lying" about anything.

I am particularly pleased with the way JMAR stock price has held up, in light of the recent placement, and the destruction of value taking place in the semi-equipment manufacturing sector. I still have big hopes for Q1 1998, and new product lines.

Jmar will be presenting at the EQUITIES conferenece in midtown manhattan on Monday, Dec.15th.
