Couldn't resist. Sold some 140 Jan MSFT calls, bought 150's as
a hedge. I just don't see them coming out with any good news for a while, and I highly doubt that the Justice Department will stop here. Also, Judge Jackson's comments seemed to be about general anti-competitiveness as opposed to the consent decree, which he didn't rule on. In my view, that's worse for Microsoft because the Judge obviously is considering broader issues.

Also, Microsoft recently put out a PR bragging about how 2/3rds of their Office sales are outside the US. Sounds like Asian exposure to me.

I'm too scared to actually short the damn beast, though.
