Now, I have heard on cnbc news about action to be taken
by the National Quotations Bureau (Dec 12)

In approx. one month
concerning B. B. STOCKS themselves this time-
that they will, upon evaluation, reduce several of them
to the pink sheet status where you can only
get quotes from the broker or company itself
- and no longer will be listed on the Internet.

This will make it much more difficult to get quotes
and to trade the stock.

On December 9 see:

Message 2917555

where my mention was:

"NASDAQ to vote Thursday (Dec 11) on dropping 3400 stocks
to B.B. status. Beyond that no other information was given."

Whether it's dropping TO or FROM B.B. status, or both,
I do not know, as I am simply relaying what I heard
both times on the television. I think the two announcements
make more sense to me if they are simply trying to say
3400 stocks will be removed from b.b in a month or so.
and they didn't quite explain it right the first time.

Not finding any talk of these blurbs on the Internet,
I would certainly like to know what, or what is not,
going on. It was not my intention to clutter this
thread with any iffy or misguided statements
for which I truly apologize.
