Here is video from the air just after the shooting .... showing the crowd running. This does not look anything like a crowd of 80K people. I suspect a few thousand at most.

Police said a total of 130 people were arrested or issued on-the-spot fines. Of those, 92 were for public consumption of cannabis and 22 people "went to jail".
