The point is that AHP and IPIC both disclosed this information to the FDA, and for whatever reasons it was not required for the companies to evaluate this anymore than they did.....esp. relating to Redux for which this information was disclosed as a supplement to IPIC's NDA filing for Redux. The company did the right thing and the WSJ article actually uncovers information and replies from the companies which again shows they have acted responsibly and compliantly. Neither the Belgium government or the FDA saw fit to act further on this matter until mid-September of this year. Again based on European experience, where is all the myopathy?
