Yes continued fed intervention force feeds rapid investment into hard assets and much more quick steep price swings. Technology allows anyone to make more informed quicker decisions into what they perceive as currently undervalued. In the early to mid 90's cycle things seemed to just languish fewer were paying attention. More actually worked for a living and were proud of it.. Now more and more they are dependent on financial engineer, a trader, globalized RE tycoon or sociopathic globalist looking for the lowest cost location to open a new factory for their future.
