Yes but that is the case in much of the country and RE taxes and often utilities are a fraction of the cost. These very low rates for a couple more years will bring many areas of the country closer to what fair value should be a nice driver for the economy. PITI just way too low compared to equivalent rents. I just fear very high cost of living relative to incomes, high unmanageable debt levels as the end game..
