Jeez we averaged like 1.2M+ new homes a year for a decade under Clinton and GWB. At least we had jobs in the real economy being created when Clinton was prez. Maybe the masters at the controls need encourage policy that builds a real economy not a war economy, entitlement economy or a house of cards debt binged overconsumptive J6P economy..
