Robert, "full remediation contract" means it's not a pilot. Those words are supposed to imply that ALYD has fulfilled all the requirements in the RFP (request for proposal) and thus has been awarded the (full) contract.

"Pilot" is also another ambiguous word. Sometimes it is used to mean "freebie" and other times, as in ALYD's case, it is used to mean "revenue-generating prove yourself" work that could turn into a sizeable, very lucrative contract if completed successfully.

I agree that someone should standardize the wording in Y2K contracts because it's hard enough figuring stuff out without lines of code and dollar amounts! At first, I took "full" to mean "all ours, i.e. we ain't splitting the money with nobody else". Hope this helps!
