I think the $ 1 drop in the last 15 minutes yesterday was probably due to impending news of the MSFT case, which institutional investors for some reason assumed would go in favor of Microsoft. In fact there was an analyst in the last couple of days who upgraded MSFT after he sat in on the hearings and said that he was impressed by the judge's appreciation of the MSFT arguments (it was in the chronicle).
The narrow view of the market is that SUNW + MSFT is a zero sum game. SUNW seems to have made up the $1 drop that occured in the last 15 minutes yesterday, in today's trading. What may have more to do with holding the stock up (relatively speaking, a $ 5 drop in 3 days is hardly holding up in my view) is the CFO's analyst meeting
where it was indicated that shipments are ahead to normal patterns.

I need for this baby to move up some more to profit on my Jan calls.

Good luck on your limit order.

Alok
