BLM paid the Utah cowboys $966,000.00 to rustle the cattle up and move them to Utah. The rest of the debacle cost even more. So for what were they paying nearly a million dollars to move the cattle? It doesn't sound like you need to be a mathematician to understand it wasn't for grazing fees. *federal district court to seize the cattle in payment of a $1 million debt*
