That's good advice... but it would be better if you posted your actual real time entry into the dip... and perhaps (but not necessary) WHY here (i.e. why you are buying at a particlular price point). IOW just tell where you think the bottom of the dip is, not simply to buy it.

That kind of interchange would make this a much more attractive thread to others, imo.

I mentioned on another thread last nite an exchange I read over here where a guy mentioned finding a "tradeable bottom" and the response to him was typically dismissive as though ANY TIME is a good time to enter --- just DIVE IN..

This was in 2008 I believe.

Anyway, I looked at the charts and if the guy had gone headlong into the market at the time (as was suggested) he would be OK today -- HOWEVER he would have spent nearly 2 years under water. A lot of us dont care to trade, or invest for that matter, that fashion.

OK with me if thats how others choose to play --- I just dont see it as a very good game plan for TRADERS.
